The Jaguar E type was manufactured between 1961 and 1975. Its combination of beauty, high performance, and competitive pricing established the model as an icon of the motoring world. The E-Type’s 150 mph (241 km/h) top speed, sub-7-second 0 to 60 mph (97 km/h) acceleration, monologue construction, disc brakes, rack-and-pinion steering, and independent front and rear suspension distinguished the car and spurred industry-wide changes. The E-Type was based on Jaguar’s D-Type racing car, which had won the 24 Hours of Le Mans three consecutive years beginning 1955, and employed a racing design with both the body tub and engine bolted directly to the frame.
New in stock we have this immaculate Jaguar E type 2+2. The car has gone under a full nut and bolt restoration to make it like brand new. The E type has only done 26,610 miles since 1969 which makes it extremely rare in itself. Finished in signal red and black interior, this beautiful colour combination is the definition of perfection and is currently waiting for your viewing.
As always this car comes with our 12 months warranty, tax, mot as well as a car cover and optimate.
