The Mercedes-Benz 300 SEL 3.5 was a luxury car built by Mercedes Benz from 1968 to 1972. It featured the company’s powerful 3.5-litre V8. The result was a nearly 2-tonne saloon with performance similar to most dedicated sports cars and American muscle cars of the era. At the time of its release it was the world’s fastest four door car. AMG, now the sports tuning subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz, but then a small local tuning company founded by former Mercedes engineers, produced special versions of the 3.5 to compete in racing events, usually with the engine enlarged to 3.5 litres or more. The car had an impressive, but short-lived racing career, due to the lack of suitable tires, or rule changes preventing the use of them.

Specialist Cars of Malton are proud to present this stunning Mercedes-Benz 300 SEL. This car is only one from owner and with a car with only 29,712 miles on the clock, it is extremely rare. This car has almost been frozen in time due to the condition of this 300 SEL.

As always this car comes with our Sales Package (12 months warranty, tax, mot as well as a car cover and optimate…etc).
