Originally a factory flatnose (flachbau) the car went to world renowned Porsche tuners Ruf of Germany who took the already quick car and converted it to their specification, we understand to be used by their company accountant.
Upgrades include a 5 speed gearbox with dogleg first to replace the standard four speed, a bigger turbo with adjustable boost, full BTR brake system with adjustable bias and Ruf instruments with red dials. Inside are GT3 style sports bucket seats with harnesses, alloy pedals, gearknob and door handles and a Momo steering wheel.Externally Ruf badging and wheels complete the look.
The car has only covered 41,000 kilometres since new, the equivalent of just 25,000 miles!
We previously owned the car for 17 years, it belonged to our MD and was a regular at Porsche shows and events across the country, During our ownership the power was progressively increased to over 500 BHP, seriously quick for a car which came out of the factory with 300.
